Is Tuk Tulum a hotel?
No. Tuk Tulum is a residential and commercial development, not a hotel. There is no single front desk, no chain running the complex and no official building rates.
The confusion has a simple explanation. Because many owners rent their apartment by the night, the name "Tuk Tulum" shows up on Booking, Airbnb, TripAdvisor and other travel sites as if it were one property. What you book on those listings is not "the Tuk Tulum hotel": it is one specific owner's unit inside one of the four towers.
